Who we are
This website belongs to Cobrains (in formation). Cobrains is currently being incorporated; company details will be added to the legal notice once registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) is complete. We are responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement.

In short
This website does not set cookies, does not use trackers and does not collect visitor statistics. There are no forms. We only process personal data if you email us yourself.
If you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name (if you include it) and what you write. We use this only to reply to your message and, if you wish, to prepare a conversation or collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages, or taking steps towards an agreement.
We keep your email no longer than necessary: at most two years after our last contact, unless a client relationship follows. Our email runs on Microsoft 365.
If you visit the website
The website is hosted by Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps). To display and secure the site, Microsoft processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Microsoft does so as our processor. We have not enabled any visitor logs ourselves and do not use this data.
Microsoft delivers the website through a global network, so this technical data may also be processed outside the European Union. This is covered by the safeguards in Microsoft’s data processing agreement, such as standard contractual clauses.
If you choose light mode
The website is dark by default. If you switch to light mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device (in the browser’s local storage). This is not a cookie, and the choice is never sent to us or anyone else. Switching back to dark removes it.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email info@cobrains.ai. We respond within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
